DESCRIPTION

PVC Coated Flexible Ventilation Duct Fabric, also called Flexible Aire Duct Fabric is an innovative and cost-effective fabric alternative to traditional metal ductwork providing precise and efficient heating, cooling, or ventilating for virtually any building application. This PVC fabric comprises a woven high tenacity polyester base fabric and a flexible plastic is PVC coating (applied to both sides of the polyester base fabric) is completely waterproof, fire retardant, anti-static, very strong, and durable. Suitable for duct application, fire water mains, gas pipelines, gymnasiums, pools, food processing, fitness centers, convention centers, and schools.

Q&A

Does your factory manufacture only the fabric or the final ventilation duct also?

We mainly produce the tunnel venational fabric, but we also have High-Frequency Welding Machine, Hot Air Tube Welding Machine, and Ultrasonic welding machine which can do simple welding. And we also export the welded Ventilation Duct to Europe.

Does the Ventilation duct fabric you produced is flame retardant?

Normally, the ventilation duct fabric is B1 Grade flame retardant. For OEM items, we will request from the customers whether they need the flame retardant features.

How long is your production lead time?

For fabric, we could produce 4 to 5 containers within 20 days. For a ready-made ventilation duct, the lead time is 40 days for one 20ft container.
