DESCRIPTION

Our standard material for truck covers is a high tenacity polyester fabric coated on both side with UV stabilized PVC. Due to the material's thickness, it can efficiently withstand longer exposures to UV rays, thus lasts longer and is stronger. Durability, flexibility and tear-out resistance of the material. Depending on the operational demand and the application, truck covers are available in a variety of widths, finish, colors and weights.

That will change its tearing strength, breaking strength...etc. And we can adjust thickness and structure of PVC coating to control weight, by changing formulation to enable FR,anti-static, air tight, chemical resistant...etc. PVC coating's hardness can also cause different hand feeling. When producing we can use different technology (for example: lamination, knife coating, Semi coated Tarpaulin, PVC Coated Canvas) for different application of material.
